My introduction
Hi, I'm Susan Shrestha. I've been working as a Network Engineer for over 10 years now. My career has really been a journey through various aspects of networking. I’ve designed and implemented a lot of network architectures, making sure they're both scalable and secure. I thrive on troubleshooting complex network issues; it’s a bit like solving a big puzzle. I’ve also worked extensively on network security, implementing protocols to keep everything safe from unauthorized access. Performance optimization is another area I focus on—making sure the network runs smoothly and efficiently.

ICT Officer : 2016 - 2018
From 2016 to 2018, I worked with Sastra Network as part of the ICT office. I was responsible for aligning our ICT systems with the organization’s strategic goals, which required a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement. My work was aimed at enhancing our technological capabilities to support the organization’s mission and objectives efficiently.
Network Engineer : 2018 - 2020
During my time at Baba Infotech and General Traders from 2018 to 2020, I worked as a Network Engineer, which was a dynamic and rewarding experience. My primary responsibilities included designing, implementing, and managing our network infrastructure to ensure it operated smoothly and efficiently.
System Engineer: 2020 - Current
I started working as a System Engineer at Leads Innovation since 2020. My role here is all about designing, implementing, and optimizing complex systems to keep our technology running smoothly and efficiently. Troubleshooting is a big part of my job too. When issues arise, I dive in to diagnose and resolve them quickly to minimize downtime and keep our systems performing at their best.
Network Engineer: 2022 - Current
I’ve been working as a Network Engineer at Accessworld Tech Pvt Ltd since 2022. In this role, my main responsibility is to design, implement, and manage the company’s network infrastructure to ensure that our communication systems are reliable, secure, and efficient. I also monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve any connectivity problems that arise. A big part of my job is to work closely with other IT professionals to plan and execute network upgrades and expansions. This involves evaluating new technologies and solutions to improve our network’s performance and scalability
